A two-day ICH Capacity Building Workshop was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sangeet Natak Akademi with IMASI Foundation as the knowledge partner at Tetso College, Dimapur, Nagaland for the capacity building of the north-east state government officials. Day 1 witnessed the inaugural ceremony, and sessions on the UNESCO Conventions.

Day-2 of the ICH Capacity Building Workshop witnessed sessions on the UNESCO Creative Cities Network and the Memory of World Register.
